Wine will be served with dinner. Full cash bar will be available.

Peppercorn crusted flat iron steak served with creamy cognac reduction.

Chicken breast served with pommery chive sauce and four jumbo prawns with lemon garlic butter.

Pan seared Atlantic salmon served with Dill Buerre Blanc.

Vegetarian option will be served.
