Peppercorn crusted flat iron steak served with creamy cognac reduction. Side dishes to be determined.
Garlic and herb marinated chicken breast served with wild rice pilaf, baby vegetables and a saffron cream sauce. Side dishes to be determined.
Pan seared Atlantic salmon served with Dill Buerre Blanc. Side dishes to be determined.
